The BEE award is used to recognize patient care technicians (PCTs), scrub techs, pharmacy techs and all technical roles for their outstanding performance and compassion in providing patient care and ensuring patient safety. This award was created to celebrate team members who go above and beyond in the way they support our patients, families and each other.
