She gained a new patient with the friend who was with me. That's how effective she was.

She was very knowledgeable and helpful.

I had to ask multiple times for my test results, then it was relayed to my via the App and not a phone call. I called the office and spoke to a wonderful nurse, but I never got a call or message back about my questions or treatment options. They just sent a prescription to my pharmacist without any conversation about it. I was not comfortable with the medication they prescribed but no one called me back.

Erin Williamson worked so well with her nurse. Treating her with kindness and respect and the nurse was so good at listening to her. It just made me feel so well taken care of and comfortable!! It is hard to express how safe I felt!

She was extremely caring and considerate. She explained everything in detail so I would know what to expect. The nurse and the PA were very good at distract me so I wouldn't get upset during the test when there was a tube up my nose. I appreciated that!

Erin was instrumental in saving my life. Thank God and thank you Erin.

I have been gaslighted about this condition in the past, so I was very nervous for this appointment. Erin was very reassuring and took my complaint seriously.
