Very efficient, but took enough time to be thorough. 10/10

The doctor that I visited with was wonderful. He was very down to earth. He listened to what I had to say. He listened to my complaints my issues he answered all my questions and he did it with a smile. I was relaxed. I wasn’t tense. I would recommend Dr. Dickens to anyone who had the problems I had.

I appreciated the way Dr. Dickens understood the range of concerns I had and addressed them directly in a respectful and truthful way. He provided helpful information and explanations that I wish previous surgeons had taken the time to offer. The news he gave me was hard to hear, and yet delivered in an invitational rather than demanding way. This makes me more likely to comply. After previous frustrating experiences with other surgeons, I truly believe this doctor desires to provide me the best care he can.

Dr. Dickens was extremely helpful and he spent a lot of time with me explaining what he thought but would have considered the surgery if I wanted. After talking with him, it was my decision but as we talked it was clear, after seeing the PET scan it was clearly not a good idea not to have the surgery.Dr. Dickens was extremely kind and took the time with me and he helped with my decision and I really appreciated him!!
