Kaiser Rehabilitation at Hillcrest Medical Center

The Kaiser Rehabilitation Center at Hillcrest Medical Center has served northeast Oklahoma for more than 40 years. We are proud to be ranked in the top 10% of rehab centers nationally out of more than 800 programs for four consecutive years. This means you and your loved ones can depend on us to deliver outstanding rehabilitation therapy services and injury recovery programs. Our specialized staff provide physical, occupational, and speech therapy services on both an inpatient and outpatient basis. We understand each patient’s needs are different, which is why our physical therapy team will work closely with you to develop a personalized plan of care.

We welcome inquiries on whether a patient would benefit from our services. Please call the admission office at 918-579-7100 to discuss inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation and the admission criteria for Medicare or private insurance patients. Following a pre-admissions evaluation, a report of findings is communicated to referring physicians and case managers in a timely manner.
