Neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) in Northeast Oklahoma
The Peggy V. Helmerich Women’s Health Center at Hillcrest offers comprehensive neonatal care at our Level III neonatal intensive care unit. Infants hospitalized in the NICU often have complications of prematurity and health challenges from birth. Our specialists meet these challenges with exceptional medical care and support. Our NICU is a 42-bed facility featuring a unique pod design with subdued lighting and sound that enhances the developmental environment for infants and provides privacy for families. Our unit is designed to cater to your family’s need for consistent care and privacy with your infant. Utilizing a team approach, our multidisciplinary staff will provide a comprehensive plan of care for your baby to ensure they grow healthy and strong.
