
Visiting Guidelines
Visiting hours and the number of visitors allowed per patient change with the known prevalence of current COVID-19 cases in the Tulsa area. Please see below for our current visitor and patient guidelines.
Visitor Hours:
Visitors are allowed in general patient areas from 8 a.m. – 9 p.m. with exceptions made when a visitor will benefit the care of the patient.
The following areas do have restrictions in place:
- ICU and Burn Center: Two visitors at a time over the age of 14
- Women & children’s: Three visitors at a time are allowed in labor & delivery patient rooms, ages 14 and older unless they are the patient’s own children. In the NICU, the mother, an approved partner with a wristband and two additional care partners, making for a total of four permanent visitors are permitted. Limit three of those permanent visitors at the bedside at a time.
During periods of increased infectious illnesses, NICU may institute additional precautions. - ER: One visitor at a time
The following COVID precautions remain in place:
- By entering the facility, you attest that you do not currently have any COVID-19 symptoms (see the ABOUT COVID-19 section below) and you have not been exposed to someone with known or suspected COVID-19 within the past 14 days.
All visitors are expected to follow CDC recommendations for specific patient isolation precautions.
Cafeteria Services
The cafeteria is located on the second floor of Hillcrest Medical Center and may be reached by using the south elevators.
Cafeteria hours are 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. Vending machines are located throughout the hospital are always available. Meal selections are changed according to the following hours:

Parking
Visitor parking is in the six-story garage located at the corner of 11th and Utica. Entrances to the parking garage are off of Utica and off of 11th St. The parking facility serves Hillcrest Medical Center, Helmerich Women’s Center, Chapman Breast Center, Kaiser Rehabilitation Center, and Hillcrest outpatient services. Valet parking is also available at Hillcrest Medical Center’s main entrance from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. at at OHI from 5:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m.
Gift Shop
The gift shop is located by the information desk and is open Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m..; Saturday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; and Sunday noon to 5 p.m.
Automated Teller Machine
An Automated Teller Machine (ATM) is located on the ground floor across from the main information desk.
Security Service
Security officers serve the Hillcrest campus 24 hours a day. If you’re aware of a potentially disruptive situation, please immediately notify Security at 918-579-3300 or dial “0” from a hospital phone for the hospital operator. Security officers are available to escort you to your vehicle. Call 918-579-3300 for assistance.
Tobacco-Free Campus
In support of a healthier environment, the Hillcrest Medical Center campus is tobacco free. We respectfully ask employees, patients and visitors to refrain from the use of all tobacco products on the grounds of all Hillcrest facilities.

Where is the registration located?
Registration can be found by entering the main Hillcrest entrance, then turning right (south) at the information desk.
How do I contact a Hillcrest patient?
If you need to contact a patient of Hillcrest, please dial 579, then the four digit room number. For example, if a patient is staying in room 1234, you would dial 918-579-1234 to reach his or her room directly. If you do not know the patient room number, please call 918-579-1000.
I was born at Hillcrest Medical Center. How do I obtain a copy of my birth certificate?
For those born at Hillcrest Medical Center, birth records are kept at Oklahoma State Department of Health, Vital Records Service.
