Visiting Hours
Our main entrance is open 6 a.m. – 9:30 p.m. daily. Visitors may enter through the emergency department after 9:30 p.m.
Visiting hours in medical, surgical and telemetry are from 9 a.m. – 9 p.m. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
Restrictions are in place in the following:
Critical Care – ICU:
- 9 a.m. – 9 p.m.
- Check-in at nurses’ station
- Two visitors at a time
- No children younger than 14 years of age
- Silence cell phones
- No food or drinks in patient rooms
- Visitors my be asked to step out during emergency situations
Maternity:
- Visitation is based on the birthing person’s desires during labor
- At the time of delivery, a maximum of three support people are allowed
- Following delivery, visitors are requested to check at the nurse’s station before visiting.
Nursery:
- Only parents are allowed in the unit
- In the event of a sick baby, grandparents may visit at 10 a.m., noon, 4 p.m., 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. for 15 minutes only and accompanied by a parent
Outpatient Surgery and Diagnostic Unit
- Open visitation while the patient is in the department.
- The number of visitors is subject to patient comfort and the overall current flow of the unit

Gift shop
The Hillcrest Claremore gift shop is located in the main lobby, and we offer a variety of gifts for patients and family members.
Our staff offers excellent customer service and can assist visitors with choosing the perfect gift for their loved one. We provide beautiful artificial flower arrangements and plants. Our gift shop also offers stuffed animals, jewelry, accessories, candy, candy dishes, greeting cards, baby gifts, home décor (seasonal items) and sundry items.

9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Café hours
Our café is open 7 a.m. – 9 a.m. for breakfast, and from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. for lunch. Guest trays are available. We provide complimentary coffee, tea, and water at our cafeteria alcove 24/7.
