Dr Miller is an incredible provider that listens to her patients, cares how they are healing, and explains in layman's terms  what is happening. She makes sure the patient understands and is a part of their health journey.

Dr. Miller has one of the personality types which makes it possible to joke with her. She is astoundingly professional, but also manages to connect to her patients.

From both an earlier encounter and her reputation with other clinicians, I knew Dr. Miller was really sharp. Nothing, however, prepared me for the way she listened, searched through records (and managed to fill in the gaps from those she could not access) asked crucial questions, stayed focused in the midst of my ramblings, and came up with possible diagnoses that may explain and connect so many disparate parts and treatment plans over the past 20 years. And these aren't small potatoes problems; they have been the source of progressive disabilities since 2010. I'm still processing the importance of this appointment. UPC is so fortunate to have Dr. Miller in practice.

My ONLY complaint is that she made a comment about something that affected me more than she intended for it to regarding my condition. Other than that, Dr Miller is amazing. Very sensitive, compassionate, responsive, resourceful and authentic. LOVE HER!

One of the best providers I have seen in years

The Doctor addressed all of my concerns efficiently and engaged in a manner that allowed me as the patient to feel heard, understood, and comfortable.

This is the first provider I've had in over 10 years that truly listened to me, asked me questions and wanted my answers. She asked me about bloodwork that I've asked 3 different providers about in the last 5 years and was dismissed.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr Bernadette Miller and the good that she is doing not only for myself but for the chronic illness community. She is on a steep learning curve, and she handles it all with grace and compassion. During my last visit she felt like I needed to see a certain neurologist, and at my most recent visit it seemed like that neurologist had declined to take me on as a patient. She explained to me that it was really important we continue to find someone that can treat what she believes her problems bigger than she is capable of handling on her own and that we need to urgently seek out this type of specialist. I trust her judgment so much, I'm so thankful for her advocacy.

Great doctor to deal with my type of illness.
