Are you continuing to experience health issues more than eight weeks after being diagnosed with COVID-19 (coronavirus)? These are commonly referred to as "long-haul" COVID symptoms.
COVID is a dangerous infection that can drastically harm cardiovascular, respiratory and neurological functions.
To address these issues, contact your primary care provider. They can coordinate with our team of specialists to provide the best clinical outcomes for you. The team includes Utica Park Clinic and Oklahoma Heart Institute doctors as well as other health care providers. They work together to create a complete plan of care to meet each patient’s specific needs.
Our goal is to help you recover from the long-haul effects of COVID through rehabilitation and therapies designed to restore function and quality of life.
Call your primary care provider or 918-579-DOCS (3627) for more information.
The team includes experts in the following specialties, among others.
- Cardiology
- Endocrinology
- Gastroenterology
- Neurology
- Physical medicine and rehabilitation
- Pulmonology
- Respiratory therapy
Referrals to other specialty services are available according to each patient’s needs.
