Vicki Hammons, APRN-CNP

Vicki has been involved in the health care industry since 1997. She provides individualized, holistic care to promote and maintain optimum health with patients of all ages. “I have always been drawn to caring for others,” she says. “My goal is to make a positive impact and meet the health needs of my patients, provide excellent evidence-based care and make a difference in each of their lives.”

“I am committed to developing a long-term relationship with each patient whether they have acute or chronic health needs,” she continues. “I educate my patients on the benefits of following a healthy diet and an active lifestyle; prevention of health disparities through health promotion is important.”

Vicki earned a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Oklahoma Wesleyan University in Bartlesville in 2016. She received a Master of Science degree in nursing from Maryville University in St. Louis, Missouri in 2018. She is a member of the Association of Oklahoma Nurse Practitioners and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

Vicki’s personal interests include reading and spending time with her husband and three daughters, parents, brother, sister, niece and nephews. They hike, go to the lake, enjoy the outdoors and attend church regularly.

Vicki welcomes new patients and accepts most insurance plans. She speaks some Spanish. Her office is located at:
