Specialty

Neurology

Randall Webb, M.D., is board certified in neurology and has provided care since 1986. “I chose to focus on the brain / nervous system because I find it to be intricate and fascinating,” he said. “Everything centers around the nervous system.” Dr. Webb’s specific areas of interest are general neurology including epilepsy, neuromuscular concerns and multiple sclerosis.

Dr. Webb’s decision to have a career in medicine was unplanned. “I went into health care as a second career,” he said. “I had a master’s degree in psychology and enjoyed making a difference in other people’s lives. I was a camp counselor one summer and just decided to sit for the MCAT (Medical College Admission Test). The rest is history.”

When teaching patients how to stay healthy, Dr. Webb encourages them to stay active, think positively, eat well, work hard, worry less and listen to their body. “My care philosophy is to build a framework for you to make an informed decision on your health, treatment and care.”

Dr. Webb received a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology and Master of Arts degree in clinical psychology from Pepperdine University in 1976 and 1983, respectively. He earned a medical degree from The University of Oklahoma College of Medicine in 1986. Prior to joining Utica Park Clinic, Dr. Webb worked at St. Francis Health System.

When he is away from the office, Dr. Webb enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching sports, beekeeping, hunting, fishing and traveling.

Dr. Webb welcomes new patients and accepts most insurance plans. His office is located on the Hillcrest Hospital South campus at:

I had the pleasure of working in this neurology office. I found all the providers to be extremely kind & compassionate towards their patients and staff. I learned a lot in the short time I observed there and hope to return someday.

Due to someone misunderstanding and misinterpreting my behavior on my appointment on 3/27 this office has become unresponsive. I had been in the ER on the 24th and 25th with bad abdominal pain and hadn't had food since the 24th and was passing blood. At check in for my appointment I was given a form of medication to verify. I asked the receptionist if I could sit down and she instructed me to fill the form out there. I was confused by this and when I went to set my cane down I had a stumble or spasm and I lost control of my cane the person behind me made a huge fuss over it and I was suddenly being removed by security while the patient behind me at check in cones out screaming and yelling and cursing at me. It was so bad security was called . I like Dr Webb, but am very confused. And I am not sure what's happening.

I wouldn’t go to anyone else. My MS has a mind of its own and when it gets bad he and his office staff have been amazing to me. I had an exceptionally bad flare last year and just dropped in on their office and within 30 min he not only saw me, he had me direct admitted for treatment. When I told him I couldn’t get an MRI because of my stimulator because the hospital told me they didn’t do them with that, he got on the phone and I had an appointment within a few days before even getting to my car (not weeks, days!) for the MRI I had been trying to schedule for more than a month that he wanted. His front desk folks know you by name, especially Frank who always makes sure to ask how I am doing. Always makes my day. I react so harshly and weirdly to MS meds and Dr. Webb actually listens and researches to try to find a better fit for me. He doesn’t just say “take this, it will get better.” He knows I am not your typical reaction. And his nurses always ask if I have heard of the newest meds out. They don’t just take vitals and zip out of the room. They also work fast to get scripts going as fast as possible. The whole office has been wonderful getting my records sent off for trials and studies in a timely manner, sometimes multiple times. And always with an awesome attitude. I only asked my PCP to refer me to someone who was willing to listen and coordinate care with her. She hit the goal on this one. I don’t have to wonder if I am in good hands because I know I am.
