Has been my PCP as long as I can remember, treats every issue and question I have about medical issues with respect and time. He is the best PCP out there I will tell you that, he genuinely cares about his patients and staff. Had to brag on Kaylen C. though for helping me out so much this morning, called with an emergency, she put me on hold for a very short time and had me labs called in, and a tele visit for my lunch hour to help me out with my work schedule. Thank you so much Kaylen - you are ALWAYS the most helpful and sweet and are appreciated more than you know sister! Thank you Dr. Plumlee and staff for caring.

He has been patient, and helpful in referring me to specialists as needed and in explaining complex terminology used by my new Pulmonologist and EP Cardiologist and all the new meds. Great doctor and staff. Dr. Plumlee asks questions and listens to what you have to say. He doesn't rush during your appointment. He cares about his patients. Dr Plumlee is great. He is knowledgeable, more interested in my issue than his schedule or the copay. However, the support staff is horrible. Dr Plumlee orders meds that are not sent to the pharmacy until I call to remind them to do so; appointments are scheduled incorrectly so we had to make useless trips to office only to be turned away; test results are no relayed to us and referrals take more than 2 weeks to be scheduled. If Dr Plumlee wasn’t a s great a doctor as he is I would go to another doctor. I am computer savvy and like using my chart but the need for intervention by staff is a pain.

Who in the world have Dr. Plumlee a bad rating? How many physicians shake your hand and ask how are you doing? And honestly listen to you. I think that person was just having a bad day. Dr. Plummer himself is outstanding. I get frustrated when my messages don't ever get to him but I blame that on the fact you can't reach one if his nurses directly. I had one left a message 4 days in a row and come that Friday I got asked "and what was your question for the Dr again?" I'm like you don't know when I've called every day. I realize I'm not the only patient but that really was the only time I got frustrated. Not at Dr Plummer at all just they need an option to speak to a nurse. Front desk came juggle everyone's calls it's impossible. Love him as my new Dr. Although I've been going there about a year. I had an outstanding Dr who moved away and was forced to find another. The one before Plumlee was terrible, rude, and never listened. So after two months I called Utica Park and they said we will fix you up and they did. Thank You Dr Plumlee for saving my life. I came back to TULSA almost 2 yrs ago and by some miracle found DOC PLUMLEE! I have a VERY complicated and extensive medical history that intimidates most DOCS, but Doc Plumlee faced me, showed me genuine care and concern, and was willing to discuss AT LENGTH any concerns I had.
