Best first time office visit ever!!! The ladies in the office made me happy, they made me laugh, they fixed an appointment so it was a yearly screen and covered by insurance. I’m going thru an episode, I have Borderline Personality Disorder and I can be triggered fast. They weren’t mean or impatient. They were kind and human. The doctor met me and didn’t go changing my routine. He was sweet and kind, fast and on time. The first time I came to this office it was for another doctor and the staff was helpful then too. I was in distress. Dr. Steelmon’s staff is mean and terrible. She’s good I guess, but unfortunately she’s not worth getting thru the nurses. And she changed my routine which made me extremely sick and then her nurses wouldn’t schedule me a follow up appointment to fix it. So I switched offices and I’m so happy I did!

Knowledgeable, great communication skills. He explained everything to me in detail, answered all my questions, and wasn’t in a rush to get to the next patient. I would highly recommend him!
