Before joining Utica Park Clinic, Dan was a physician assistant with St. John in Sapulpa for over 32 years. He has experience in all general medical areas including pediatrics, geriatrics, minor office procedures, nursing home care, and preventative medicine.
Dan earned his Associate of Science degree from Seminole Junior College in 1973. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Oklahoma in 1979. He is a member of the American Academy of Physicians Assistants and the Oklahoma Academy of Physicians Assistants.
When he’s not tending to the needs of his patients, Dan enjoys riding motorcycles, coin collecting, piloting airplanes and golfing.

Dan Henshaw has been my primary care physician for almost 7 years now. He is mostly a good doctor, especially for being just a physician's assistant. He is very personable, but not being a real md, he doesn't know everything, and I've disagreed with him on a couple of things over the years. But that being said, I still take his advice for the most part, and he does tell me about his problems with the medical/office computer program, i.e. the computer won't let you get a refill of a medication till you're seen etc. LOL So I will continue to see him for my routine checkups!

I have never felt more at ease with a healthcare person then Dan Henshaw and staff. Victoria, his nurse is very thorough and pleasant as well. I highly recommend Dan Henshae for your healthcare needs.
