Candace Carr, APRN-CNS

Candace received her masters degree from the University of Oklahoma as acute care clinical nurse specialist after completing her Bachelor of Science degree in geology with a certification in Secondary Education in earth science from the University of Oklahoma. She began her nursing career as a registered nurse caring for the cardiac patient and transitioned into nuclear cardiology and research. Post masters she was the advanced practice nurse for open heart program before joining a cardiology practice and was adjunct instructor for local nursing programs. She is active with interventional and noninvasive cardiology.
