Dr. Hinkle earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond in 2000. He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2006. He completed his internship and residency training in family medicine at Oklahoma State University Health Care Center in 2009, where he was co-chief resident. He is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, the Oklahoma Osteopathic Association and the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians.

Dr. Hinkle enjoys golfing, fishing, outdoor grilling, watching football and spending time with his family.
