Specialty

Orthopedics

Anthony Echols, APRN-CNP, has practiced orthopedics in Oklahoma since 2016. Prior to joining Utica Park Clinic, he cared for patients at The Orthopedic Center in Tulsa.

Anthony became interested in the medical field at a young age. “I have many family members who have careers in health care,” he says. “With their influence, I have a desire to participate in improving the health of others.”

When treating patients, Anthony keeps a positive mindset. “With the right encouragement and knowledge, people’s health can improve drastically,” he says. “I am happy to help provide what I can in order to assist patients in improving their life.”

Anthony teaches people that getting healthy has to be a personal decision. “It is a complete lifestyle change for many, but the benefits of living an active life are worth the effort,” he says. “Anyone can get healthy with the right insight.”

Anthony received a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing at the University of Central Arkansas in 1996. He completed a Master of Science degree in nursing at the University of Central Arkansas in 2000. He earned a Registered Nurse First Assistant Post Graduate Certification from San Angelo State University in 2012.

When he’s away from the office, he enjoys spending time with family, participating in triathlons, being outside and being involved with his church.

Anthony welcomes new patients and accepts most insurance plans. He has two office locations:

I had a visit with Dr Echols at Utica Park. He was kind and listened to my complaints which is unusual for a specialist, in my experience. He shared with me what his role is as a Reumatologist which I appreciated. He let me know what to expect after completing the labs he ordered. Results started coming in within a couple of hours after labs were drawn. I recommend Dr Echols and Utica Park to anyone needing a doctor.
