Alison Sajan, M.D.
Alison Sajan, M.D., has practiced pediatrics in Oklahoma since 2016. Dr. Sajan got into health care because it gave her the humbling opportunity to intersect with people at the most vulnerable moments of their lives and offer them health and hope. “My goal is to provide excellent medical care to the children of Bixby and the Tulsa area in a family-friendly environment,” she said. Dr. Sajan chose to focus on pediatrics after much prayer and consideration. “I felt called by God to pursue a career in pediatrics,” she said. “During my pediatric rotation, this calling was confirmed. I cannot imagine doing anything more gratifying with my life than helping children heal and live happy lives!”
When teaching people how to get healthy, she advises them to start small. “When trying to make a long-term change in your lifestyle, make sure to set small, measurable goals and hold yourself accountable to them,” she said. “Remember the old adage – Rome was not built in a day. They were laying bricks every hour!”
Dr. Sajan received a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Tech University in 2012. She earned a Doctorate of Medicine degree from Texas Tech University Health Science Center School of Medicine in 2016. She completed a pediatric residency at The Children’s Hospital at Oklahoma University Medical Center in 2019.
When she is away from the office, Dr. Sajan enjoys spending time with family, trying new restaurants, shopping endlessly on Amazon Prime and traveling. She is fluent in Malayalam, a language native to South India.

Dr. Alison Sajan has got to be hands down the best pediatrician I have ever seen! She is very involved and cares for your childs well-being and always helps you in everyway she can. She is the only person my children will EVER see. She is very commited to her job and making sure you as well as your children are taken care of with the utmost care. She is attentive and is fast at getting to a health solution for your child. You rock!
