Dr. Morrel graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine-Tulsa in 1991. She completed her internship in 1992 and her internal medicine residency in 1994. She is a member of the Tulsa County Medical Society, the Oklahoma State Medical Association and the American College of Physicians.

Dr. Morrel's personal interests include reading, photography and spending time with her family.
