Dr.Ichinose was an answer prayer! He really cares about his patients. My family and I can’t thank him enough for going in a doing surgery to get out a massive blood clot in my leg. If you are pregnant and have been told you have a clot don’t go to saint Francis come to Hillcrest and ask for this man!

I have had issues with my veins in my leg for years which, caused discoloration in my leg. Dr. Ichinose discovered the reason for the discoloration in my leg. He performed a vein ablation to close off the vein to force blood flow to a good vein. My discoloration in my leg is starting to get lighter. I think over time it will go away all together. I can't thank him enough. I had seen numerous doctors over the years and each one had misdiagnosed my discoloration and claimed it was due to poor circulation and due to my weight. It had nothing to do with my weight or poor circulation!

Dr. Ichinose saved my life with his instant recognition of the life threatening blood clots running from my feet into my lungs and ultimately into my heart. With such a calm bedside manner he explained my options of either dissolving the clots over time or instant medical intervention by surgery. I never felt pressured by him to choose one option over the other, but it was clear as to the serious, life threatening condition I was experiencing. I elected the surgical procedure(s) - one for heart and lungs and the other for feet and leg. As it turned out, this saved my life. The blood clots were large and numerous, and they would have taken months to dissolve. Dr. Ichinose was gracious, yet straight forward with my family answering any and all questions. He is a true man of character and strength and I would recommend his services to anyone.
