Prior to joining Utica Park Clinic, Helen was an intensive care unit Registered Nurse (RN) at Oklahoma State University Medical Center in Tulsa for more than six years and a cardiovascular intensive care Clinical Nurse at St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa for almost three years.

Helen earned her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing at the University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond in 2005. She later went on to complete her Master of Science degree in nursing at Saint Louis University in St. Louis, Missouri in 2014. She is a member of the Oklahoma Association of Nurse Practitioners and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

Helen’s personal interests include reading, watching sports and spending time with her family.
