Darin Gwartney, D.O., is board certified in family medicine and fellowship trained in sports medicine. He has cared for patients in Pryor since 2015. When he was featured on the Utica Park Clinic Facebook page in June, 2017, patient comments that were posted included:

Dr. Gwartney earned his Bachelor of Science degree in biology at John Brown University in Siloam Springs, Arkansas in 2005. He received his medical degree from the Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences in Tulsa in 2011. He completed his family medicine residency at Oklahoma State University Medical Center in 2014. He completed his sports medicine fellowship with LECOM Health System at Millcreek Community Hospital in Erie, Pennsylvania in 2015.
Dr. Gwartney is a member of the American Osteopathic Academy of Sports Medicine, the American Medical Society for Sports Medicine, American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians and the American Osteopathic Association.
He has provided medical coverage for the Union and Tulsa Edison High School football teams, the Williams Route 66 Marathon, the Tulsa Oilers, the Pryor Tigers and many others local teams and events. He has also served as a forensic scientist for the Tulsa Police Department.
Dr. Gwartney’s personal interests include cycling, golf, watching the Oklahoma City Thunder and St. Louis Blues games as well as spending time with his family.
