Natalie was in shock when she delivered Jack and George, her twin boys, at just 25 weeks into her pregnancy. She and her husband, Robb, had so many questions about why this happened and the health of their babies. But, the couple found comfort in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) team at the Peggy V. Helmerich Women’s Health Center at Hillcrest Medical Center. From reassuring the new parents, to celebrating the boys’ milestones, the NICU team quickly became an extension of their family.
