It was the trained eye of a Hillcrest Hospital Claremore radiologist that spotted the tumor in Barbara’s mammogram. It took the expertise of the entire oncology team to remove the tumor. And, it was the combined dedication of the compassionate staff at Hillcrest Hospital Claremore that allows Barbara to be a six-year cancer survivor. Knowing that it was the screening that saved her life, she reminds everyone to get tested. She also feels strongly about the exceptional care she received at Hillcrest Hospital Claremore. So much so that even when she moved to Nebraska, she would drive back to Claremore for her annual checkup. Today, Barbara is healthy and happy to be back in Oklahoma.
