That's why we have partnered with CarePayment to provide affordable financing options to our patients who need help paying their hospital bills over time. CarePayment is NOT a collection agency or credit card company.

Participation in the CarePayment program is voluntary.

What Services Are Covered Through CarePayment?

Most facility services provided at any Hillcrest HealthCare System hospital, excluding elective procedures, are eligible for CarePayment. Only facility services are part of the CarePayment program. Patients receive separate bills from physicians and for services provided by third parties such as pathology and labs.

Will Enrolling in CarePayment Hurt My Credit?

No. CarePayment does not report to credit bureaus.

Will I Be Charged Interest?

No, the 0.00% APR will remain the same as long as your CarePayment account remains open.

What Happens After I Enroll?

Within several weeks of enrolling in CarePayment, you will receive a welcome kit with your first statement in the mail.

Activate your account by making your first payment to CarePayment by mail, online or over the phone.

Visit carepayment.com to set up your online profile and preferences.

You may choose to add approved future charges at Hillcrest HealthCare System to your account at 0.00% APR as long as your account is in good standing.

Can I Add New Charges to My Account?

As long as your CarePayment account is in good standing, you may choose to add approved future charges at Hillcrest HealthCare System hospital to your account, subject to program guidelines. You will receive the same 0.00% APR on new charges and additional time to pay off the new balance.

How Do I Manage My Account?
